history

SEED Studio was founded in Seattle in the Fall of 2004. SEED stands for Sustainable Environment and Ecology Design Studio. We create sustainable structures in the built environment that are in balance with the global and local ecology.

SEED's founding Principal Architect, Todd Holec, has provided a full range of architectural services across a broad range of building types, through experience as a project architect and project manager, with a number of firms locally and nationally. Some of the projects that he has managed while at other firms are exhibited in our project pages with credit noted to those firms.

Today SEED Studio is designing crafted architectural solutions while achieving sustainable results. Our solutions are often pragmatic, resulting in projects delivered on time and on budget. The Pacific Northwest landscape continually inspires and molds our designs.
